By accessing or using the Quanta platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including individual users, organisations, and enterprise accounts.

Quanta is provided for the purpose of managing cloud and physical infrastructure. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions initiated via voice commands.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and voiceprint. Any actions taken via your account — including provisioning, deletion, and financial transactions — are your responsibility. Quanta's 3-tier approval system is an additional safeguard but does not transfer liability.

Voice-initiated commands carry the same legal weight as manually executed instructions. During voice training, early inaccuracies are expected — you remain solely responsible for all infrastructure actions taken during the training period. Quanta is not liable for provisioning or deletion triggered by misinterpreted voice commands.

Platform usage is billed according to the plan tier selected at subscription. Fixed-plan pricing means you will not incur charges beyond your plan unless you explicitly upgrade. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. Credits and free tiers are subject to fair-use limits.

Your data is stored within your declared jurisdiction. Cross-border transfers require explicit consent. Voiceprints are stored in a sovereign data layer and are never used for third-party training. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

All platform content, design, trademarks, and software are the intellectual property of Planck Red Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Partner integrations in the Marketplace remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Quanta is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planck Red Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruption, or infrastructure downtime.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone, organisation details), identity documents for KYC verification, voice data for biometric setup, usage data (commands issued, resources provisioned), and billing information. We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

Your data is used to deliver and improve the platform, process billing, verify identity, provide support, and send operational communications. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your voice data for advertising or third-party AI training.

All data — including backups — is stored within your declared region. Indian accounts: data stays in India. EU accounts: data stays within the EU. Cross-border transfers only occur with your explicit written consent. Voiceprints are stored in a sovereign data layer, isolated from operational data.

Audio recordings are processed in real time and not retained after processing. Your voiceprint model is stored locally within your region only. You may delete your voiceprint at any time via Settings → Security → Voiceprint. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers operating within your declared region, (b) KYC verification partners under strict data processing agreements, (c) legal authorities when required by law. Marketplace partner integrations do not receive your raw data — only session tokens scoped to their service.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after account closure. Deleted resources enter a 15-day soft delete window. KYC documents are retained for 7 years as required under Indian law. Voice training data is deleted on voiceprint deletion.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and withdraw consent. Requests can be submitted via Settings → Account → Data Requests.

We implement industry-standard security: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC 2 Type II certified facilities, regular VAPT assessments, and role-based access controls. Breaches are reported to affected users within 72 hours of discovery.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you access the Quanta web interface. They help us maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the platform. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. They enable authentication, maintain your session, and ensure security. These cannot be disabled. Without them, you cannot log in or use the platform.

Functional cookies remember your preferences such as theme, region, and onboarding state. They are enabled by default but can be cleared via your browser settings. Clearing them will reset your preferences but will not affect your account data.

Analytics cookies are opt-in only. They collect anonymised data about platform usage to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is collected via analytics cookies. You can opt out via Settings → Account → Analytics.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Note that disabling functional cookies may impact your platform experience. To clear all Quanta cookies and reset your session, use Settings → Account → Clear Session Data.
